With anticipated revenue of more than $2 billion and more than 6,000 employees, the combination will better serve customers and create more career opportunities for employees.
Together, Azuria and Inframark will offer customers access to a unique end-to-end suite of solutions and technologies delivered by a world-class team.
Azuria and Inframark expect the combination to be complete by the end of 2025 or early 2026; in the meantime, the companies will continue operating independently.
