Today, Aegion announced the sale of the Fyfe business in North America and Europe to ClockSpring|NRI, a Houston-based company that has been providing asset integrity solutions for critical infrastructure for almost 40 years. The sale includes the North American Certified Applicator Training Programs and the R&D function, but Fyfe Asia and Fibrwrap construction services remain part of Aegion.
